Enjoyed a 3-night stay here. Ate at a laid-back restaurant overlooking the ocean. The bathroom was super clean! 🌊

Food was great and the view was wonderful

We had an issue with the door to the bathroom, I reported it and told engineering would up and no one came to fix it

Hotel was nice, good location

Booked.net stated that the King Suite had a balcony. The room did not have a balcony and the hotel staff said that Booked.net has been advised multiple times of the false advertising and has made no effort at updating their description.

The hotel's location was marvelous and beautiful, near Dana Point and the harbor for a wine tasting on a boat. I was satisfied with good-sized rooms complete with a balcony and a jacuzzi tub.

The entire staff was a pleasure and very helpful. Our room was really clean and much larger than I was imagining. The location was a bit of an inconvenience, but over all great place and staff.

Everything what is sad is that I know Hilton inside and out I was trained by Hilton and the level of disrespect I was given was just a shocking experience had I treated a guest in the manor I was treated I would of been fired immediately I can't understand how the staff are allowed to represent The Hilton Brand in this way . Had I been there to audit I would of pulled their flag asap

The staff here were really nice and friendly. We requested a room with good access for hearing-impaired guests, a nice view, a fireplace, and a private outside patio—and they had just what we needed! 😊

We received a text the morning of our late afternoon arrival advising that we had VIP status and asking if there was anything they could do for us ahead of check-in. That was really nice! We asked if we could check-in earlier than 4pm...and we did, which was cool. Room Service was really fast, and the food was hot & yummy!

It's right across the state beach.

I made special request for a crib for my 11 months old and it was not available when we arrived. I even called them the day before to confirm as my daughter only sleeps in a crib. Their staff told me they cannot guarantee. It's a necessary item, not special treat and I would rather know the certainty. If they told me not available I would have brought our pack and play. It's very disappointing.

The hotel's central location is very close to good restaurants, the harbor, and the beach. I was offered a room with great views of the ocean. The staff were excellent and efficient all the time.

Very Clean and updated! Close to Dana Point etc.Nice Place to stay and nice roof top bar with fire pit and heaters and is well used. Has a ocean view. Fun time for our 45th Wedding Anniversary!!

The bathtub is a little small for my 6 ft. husband. The updated bathroom was nice but the on top sink looks great but you don't have as much room to put make-up etc. At my age I need a lot!!! lol but true!

That accommodations are pet-friendly

I reserved a room with a kind-sized bed. I was given 2 double-beds and was advised that Bookings.com characteristically makes these errors. No king beds were available, and since the reservations were made with a 3rd party, I had no recourse with the hotel. I won't use Bookings.com again.

The property was reasonably priced and modern. The staff members were very friendly and amicable. Good hot and great breakfast was available. Booked a double room which included a free breakfast, large bathroom, and balcony. The hotel is conveniently located near various shops, the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Pool was heated. Staff was excellent and went out of way for us. Had bikes boogie boards to rent. Bed super comfy. Had outdoor patio and a sitting room. Great food. Great location.

Had issues getting our room cleaned a couple days. Asked for them to come in when we left and came back twice to dirty room

Boutique hotel in a truly beautiful area of Dana Point. Great-sized room with a pleasant view to an ocean view. Great and stunning location - 20 minutes walk to downtown. A wide array of food options not too far from the venue. Overall really nice stay for a wedding we attended in Dana Point.
